Ferre Profumi launches Ferre Eau de Parfum!  Gianfranco Ferre’ is known throughout the world for  superbly  styled clothing for men and women as well as accessories and now fragrances! Typical of his  couture aethete, he walks a fine line between fantasy, rigor and reality.

The Ferre Eau de Parfum is for the woman who balances her femininity with a sophistication and almost aristocratic beauty. She knows who she is and while aware of her style and place in the world, she’s also not afraid to challenge herself and her life.   His scent revolves around Iris Florentina found in the countryside between Florence and Arezzo, Italy.  This particular iris is the only flower of its’ species to be used for fragrances.  The distinctive oil from the root  is extremely sensuous and is the essence of the Ferre’ fragrance!

Top Notes: bergamot, honeydew melon, and pineapple for a fruity yet vibrant opening to underscore  launch of the Iris and ylang ylang notes

Heart Notes: rich floral notes of iris flower along with freesia, magnolia, rose and jasmine make this a most feminine fragrance

Base Notes: Iris is the base to complete the troika in the form of  aged iris root essence for a striking base that is also driven with sandalwood, Basmati rice, amber and vanilla to create an intriguing warmth.

This powdery floral makes for an unusual scent and could be used year-round.

The crystal glass bottle features a soft shoulder and regal body that embrace and emphasize the  FERRE style.
