Lifetime TV Smash Hit ARMY WIVES Features Indie Musicians THE KIN!

Lifetime TV’s Runaway Hit ” ARMY WIVES” has just a couple more epsiodes– sob– sad but true, this season is coming to an end. This nifty woman- driven show depicts life from the opposite perspective from CBS’s THE UNIT (another show I avidly watch– as much for the great acting as the cute guys).
Given the great cast assembled here from Kim Delaney, Catherine Bell and other tremendous actors, it’s definitely got some fan– including a lot of Glam.com readers and bloggers!
Here’s a clip with Bell and Delaney talking about why they got involved in this new series based on a real life book.

As the show is coming ot the first season finale, there are some surprises coming into the plots and also into the musical score that will enhance those plot lines.
Music by THE KIN brothers Thorry and Isaac Koren– will be used in the last two episodes. Three songs will be featured in the series.

A third song, “Great Divide,” will be placed in a pivotal scene at the end of the August 26th episode, the finale for the first season of Army Wives.
These three singles are from The Kin’s new CD Rise and Fall, due in stores this October.
Here’s RiSE and FALL from THE KIN that was featured in last week’s episode (sorry !! No Great Divide Video! I tried!)

WATCH the episode and if you are lucky enough to be near enough to attend one of these shows, GO!! Go see this great band and listen to the presentation. The best way to describe it is that it’s like feeling a wall of energy and passion.
Watch this blog and a couple other spots where I will give you a heads up on the podcasts/ interviews done with Isaac and Thorry when I was in NYC interviewing them.
Let’s just say — it was an adventurous day!
