Baskin-Robbins Makes 31 a GREAT Number– on April 30!!

Here’s an assignment for you all, by April 29, 2008, I want y’all (do you love that Southern drawl? Thank you Dan from WTNI!!) to find the Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream store nearest you.

Hopefully you will find one. It might even be worth a tank of gas, if you carpool/pack up that car with a bunch of pals or family and split the cost of the gas to head over to Baskin-Robbins on 4/30/2008.
On April 30 from 5 – 10 p.m., Baskin-Robbins will be reducing prices of ice cream scoops to 31 cents and paying tribute to America’s firefighting heroes
WHY? To benefit a charity that Baskin-Robbins feels should be supported.

The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation remembers America’s
fallen heroes and assists their families. The organization provides firefighters with training to prevent deaths in the line of duty and offers the public information to prevent fires in our communities.

A donation of $100,000 will be made by Baskin-Robbins® to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation
. At select local stores throughout the country, you may also have a chance to donate to your local fire station.
Baskin-Robbins is proud to support this worthy cause. We encourage you to learn more about the foundation by visiting www.firehero.org.
How:
The event will be held at all 2,700 Baskin-Robbins stores across the US (not including Puerto Rico and Canada). Bring your teammates, family, and friends to this special event. Would you believe 31 people can join in the fun for less than $10?!
So give yourself and your friends/family and co-workers a break and head out to Baskin-Robbins for a scoop or two of their tasty ice cream. It’s worth the time and think about it- for a family of three it’s costs about a buck– less than the gas you spent driving over there!
