NEW WORKOUTS

iTREAD Outdoors Set31 45Min: Join Grace in her multilevel workout that is created for walkers, joggers or runners. Warm up, steady runs, intervals and sprints matched with a great soundtrack to motivate your every step. This workout is perfect on its own or connected to other iTREAD outdoors for a longer training run. Lazenby gives you a perceived exertion scale of 1-10 that is your own scale. Press play and boom 45 minutes is up and your body will feel light and energized.
iCYCLE Set31 30Min: Muscle, Sweat, Speed and Strength matched with a great soundtrack to motivate your every stroke. Warm up at resistance level 2 or 3 and quickly increasing to a level 4. Keith creates tempo runs at level 4 to steady out the ride. The cycling master then moves into active recovery and steps up to level 6. Light speed is next then into 1 big hill. The ride finishes with speed work in the saddle and 1 last climb into the finish line. On top of a great ride is a hot new soundtrack!!
iCLIMB Set31 30Min: Climbing to California Rain into sprinting with Mrs. California, Climb to new energy, new soundtracks and a lot of fun. Keith begins with a warm up into a steady hill and then powers up a heavier hill with sprint intervals. Active recovery will move you into the heaviest hill followed by increasing speed work on the flats. Did I mention a hill at 10 and the end! Combine with iCYCLE Set31 30Min for a full hour of power.
