Based in Los Angeles, EcoStiletto is a nationally-focused online magazine featuring weekly eco-friendly Fashion, Beauty and Good Life picks that show you how to stiletto-size your carbon footprint from the size of an Ugg boot to an itty-bitty Manolo.

Created by Rachel Lincoln Sarnoff who got her start as a small-screen environista. Rachel has been a guest expert on eco-lifestyle for “Extra,” “Good Day L.A.” and TV Guide Channel’s “The Fashion Team” segments. Rachel’s been a spokesperson for Healthy Child Healthy World and Whole Body for Whole Foods Market. Her writing has hit the pages of SELF, 944, MyStyle.com, TotalBeauty.com and HotMomsClub.com focusing on green fashion, beauty, lifestyle and parenting. A mother of three who also works as a publicity and marketing consultant, Rachel reduces, reuses and recycles in Los Angeles and wants to share with you how to start or extend your eco-friendly lifestyle.

EcoStiletto isn’t about guilt, it’s about information and providing you alternatives that make going green easy to do. Everyone wants to make a difference, and if each of us makes a few changes, those changes can make difference without giving up all the little things that we love. The watchword at Eco-Stiletto.com is “Stiletto-size me!”
The site has just launched (based on its predecessor the GreenGirlGuide.com) and is really percolating with content. Here’s what’s on the timetable for the Eco-Stiletto site.
In October, posting daily content and videos on EcoStilettoFashion as they cover eco-friendly designers at Portland Fashion Week (October 8-12) and Los Angeles Fashion Week (October 12-16).
In November, the focus will be on on Green Sex on EcoStilettoGoodLife. (Because it’s not all about the Gift Guide, people!) December will see the launch of EcoStilettoHome because that’s where the focus is at that time of year. EcoStilettoKids will launch in January.
