Collier Strong, L'Oreal Paris Make-up Consultant, Gives You Great Tips on Red Carpet Beauty!

Golden Globes was fabulous — as are most red carpet events– and the gorgeous looks of the stars was contributed in large part to their make-up and hair looks. We all know that the great beauty looks for the red carpet are done by make-up artists.
However you can get one of the best makeup artists in the business to give you a few tips on the hot looks of the red carpet .
