We *heart* SignatureDavid.com’s David Brogan for his savvy mixology skills. He’s my ‘go-to’ man when I want to create a cocktail and run into a stumbling block. (We are in the midst of working out one right now). The man is a genius!!
Here’s one of his latest creations especially for Holiday 2009!
Signature David’s “Winter Dreams”
1 oz. Grey Goose vodka,
2 1/2 oz Chambord,
1 1/2 oz Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur,
Splash of half and half.
Combine vodka and Chambord over chipped ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a well-chilled martini glass.
Pour Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur and half and half over a shake full of ice and, again, shake vigrously…until contents is very frothy.
Strain contents over the underide of a spoon onto the lip of the glass, creating a top layer on the cocktail.
Start a roaring fire, sit back, take a sip (0r three! and enjoy the magic of Christmas!
By now, you should be home doing whatever you need to do and having one of these to smooth the evening.
