Get Your Glow-On: Great Skincare Lines that Deliver: Perricone MD !!

Who says that good –even great– skincare lines can’t get better? I have a l-o-n-g history with Perricone MD skincare line (read back to the launch days) and know all about the key ingredients and Dr. Perricone’s presentation. I was a tad skeptical when I was offered a chance to try his newest product, Cold Plasma along with a few of his established products:
Rather than use the new one first, I started with the products that I had tested out when he was first launching the line. Since I know the line, I didn’t have to dig through the material to understand that this was ground-breaking skincare at the time.

Advanced Facial Firming Activator
From the first application of the AFFA product, I felt a difference within minutes. I was really astonished because typically, women put on so much stuff at one time that when you isolate products out and use them solo for a few days and then start the layering process, it really does tell what’s going on (or not). This was definitely a winner and It was tightening, firming, feeling good about my skin time.

The next product was the eye treatment and I used probably less then I should have and I tend to use less eye treatments because my eyes are sensitive. Still I have to say this was a good product to use. it helped moisturize and typically I have nice dark circles due to allergies during this time of year. They aren’t nearly as bad as they have been and I am happy!

and the Amine Complex Facelift
This facelift in a bottle is pretty good though I love the AFFA much more than this one. It’s a good way to work into the line– slowly– and you are supposed to layer this on first. Did I feel huge difference– not when layering but then I was layering and the combination of products did their job.
The new product that I was asked to test drive (and with a huge amount of skepticism because now when I hear words like “cutting edge, new technology, breakthrough” I take it with a huge pile of salt. So the test with Cold Plasmaabsolutely was crucial.

Guess what?
I was wrong! This is a fabulous new product!! It does everything it says it does and then some. ( I didn’t get paid to say that either. I got a jar to try. That was it). I tried this product with the Perricone MD line as well as other products — even natural/organic skincare oils and it worked with anything and everything.
However there is a caveat. This stuff is like a transport vehicle– while it has a job to do, it penetrates the deeper layers of the skin fast. So a good suggestion would be to set up an assembly line of your products with the applicators already filled so that you layer on the products after applying Cold Plasma to get the max effect! It’s like hitching a ride along with the Cold Plasma. My skin looks better. The good thing is I like it. The bad thing is I like it but the price tag is about $200. *(ouch). However it’s much less than some other higher end skincare items and you can use less of the other products you are using too.
Worth testing out if you are still skeptical. Haven’t tried anything else from the line and there are many products to the line. Don’t think that because I love Cold Plasma that I think every product is going to rocking my world.
PS. Dr. Perricone, we used to have interesting chats on the phone as you explained the science because I understood it. I would love to do a podcast with you to explain Cold Plasma and the Neuropeptides too.
