It’s hard times currently.. thanks to the economy and the weather. It seems that one can’t get a break– either way. However you can take the time to work on yourself — unless you happen to be one of those lucky ones with great self-esteem. However those people are few and far between because American culture gives us impossibly high standards and now it’s about how you feel about yourself and how you express that feeling to the rest of the world.
This is day 15 of the Love Yourself Campaign. This campaign lasts for 100 days– and I will be running this Monday – Friday so that you have the opportunity to think about this campaign.. and actually catch up on the weekends if you missed a day.
