Valerie Orsoni has written a quick read with lots of white space, graphics and quick tips that will get you through the book quickly without being bored. Definitely geared to the short attention span we all have these days; i’s an easy book to pick up and put down – almost like reading a magazine!
Rather than a long, boring diet treatise, Le Personal Coach is full of great tips, such as doing isometric stomach exercises while you’re brushing your teeth or washing the dishes.
She also references her Hollywood celebrity clientele (including Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Anniston and Demi Moore) and the tips that work for them.
At the end of the book are yummy recipes that are a departure from the usual diet fare – hummus, salmon pizza and kiwi candy!
So for a fresh, light twist on dieting, give Le Personal Coach a try. Published by Best You Books, available at Amazon.com and Barnesandnoble.com.
