While we all wish we could have red carpet looks, girls with lots of natural waves and even to “curls gone wild” wonder if they can achieve red carpet-worthy looks. Because texture was the word for hair this red carpet season, < strong>Ouidad Creative Director, Morgan Willhite shares her tips for recreating these screen siren styles.
Old Hollywood Glamour
“Milla Jovovich’s soft, romantic chin length wave was simply breathtaking. Achieving this look at home requires prepping the hair with an anti humectant product, similar to the Ouidad Climate Control Heat and Humidity Gel. This product protects waves from frizz while adding shine.

Soft Siren Waves

To create Stacy’s look, first blow dry hair smooth and then use patterned rollers to achieve the desired look. Full Volume Kinky Curls
“Esperenza Spalding proved that curls be full, voluminous and sexy. Replicating her look is a breeze. When the hair is wet, prep the ends with a leave in conditioner similar to the Ouidad Moisture Lock as is ideal for detangling and achieving a soft finish. Once the hair is dry, use your fingers raking from roots to the ends to expand and breakup your curls for that full voluminous look,” says Willhite.
