Fitness in a Flash: Fast Workouts from Core Fusion, Canyon Ranch, Kathy Smith, Tracey Malllet, & Physique 57

It’s just about May and if you haven’t started working out, you could use these DVDs to get your fitness routine jump-started and get yourself into shape. This is review of several DVD workouts that will get your body into great shape and give everyone from beginners to advanced and workouts that allow for you to cross-train and mix up the workouts

Core Fusion Power Sculpt

Fred Devito and Elizabeth Haffpapp come back with not one but 2 new DVDs that will challenge your body in ways you don’t know till the next day! PowerSculpt featurese 5 x 10 minute segments that look easy because that’s due to the cueing that’s essential to Core Exhale workouts. These two rock your body by mixing up the moves that you with precision and yet give you modifications should you need to take it a little slower. This is one great DVD

Core Fusion 30 Day Sculpt
Want a real-life workout series that gives you a different workout every day (*allowing for rest days too) that will challenge your muscles just because it’s so varied that each day, each week is a different presentation for 5 weeks!!
You will be re-defining your body and your notion of what you can do. Also you can jump from day to day to rewind/repeat workouts where you want to work on “problem areas” or build up competency in those specific body areas. Everything involves balance in some portion of the workouts so you will be fitter, flatter, taller and more sculpted.

Canyon Ranch Workout: Strong & Sculpt

This is a 3 part workout: each part is 20 minutes long and will challenge your body and get you heart rate up. It’s done at the Canyon Ranch outside and the landscape is great. The workouts are really interesting and keep you moving.

Ageless with Kathy Smith: Total Body Turnaround

A great workout for beginners, Kathy Smith hasn’t missed a beat. This works out for beginners to intermediate and even advanced who know how to modify to rev their motor. She’s fun and surprisingly challenging workout for something that is created on easily learned basic moves. Typical of Kathy Smith, she has great cueing too.

Tracey Mallett has 2 great DVDS out that are will push your body and your heart rate up!

Tracey Mallett Total Body Fat Burner

Done in 6 minute intervals, there’s no reason you can’t workout at least twice at day. You can squeeze in 2 x 12 minute segments — one in the morning, one at night — and see amazing results as she rocks your body differently in each workout. She’s fun, friendly and she has expert cueing– and she keeps reminding you how to do each move correctly with modifications for beginners and advanced!!

Tracey Mallett’s 6 Minute Quick Blast Method-Total Body Calorie Blast

This is another 6 minute workout in segments so it’s easy to use and work into your schedule. This seems more cardio + sculpting to me and I really like Tracey. She’s upbeat and her cueing is really good. Form is key and best to make sure you pay attention to her form so that you do it right in that 6 minute interval.

Physique 57

This clip is NOT from the workout DVDs. This is for another outlet so it’s quite different. They have so many people on the set doing this workout on the DVDs, it’s hard to understand what’s good form. It’s fairly fast, so keep your tempo slower so that you can do this correctly. YOUR body will change!!
