San Francisco’s A Body of Work Pilates Studio Makes It Affordable to Get Fit!
A Body Of Work Studios (ABOW) in San Francisco. Based on the current economy – but continued popularity of Pilates, and new-found interest in Gyrotonics – ABOW owner and internationally-known Pilates instructor Jean Sullivan has decided to offer discounted “Community Classes” to make getting in shape for summer (and for one’s self) a little easier on the pocketbook and the workday schedule. The Community Classes will also act as a bonus opportunity for ABOW’s ITT Pilates program graduates to hone their skills as group class instructors
Internationally-known Pilates instructor and owner of ABOW, Jean Sullivan, will be hands-on in leading the new programs, along with several Integrated Teacher Training (ITT Pilates) certified instructors.The Community Classes will also act as a bonus opportunity for ABOW’s ITT Pilates program graduates to hone their skills as group class instructors.
“We’ve decided to offer Community Classes – both Pilates and Gyrotonics– at a discount to benefit the ABOW community,” she explains. “We understand Pilates can be expensive, but also so very effective, and most people don’t know about Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis. We know they will enjoy trying it for the first time, and have made it a little more accessible for those wanting to tone up and stay in shape.”
A Body Of Work classes are thriving, and the variety of classes and levels provided to the community continue to create an all-encompassing environment for health and education for the mind and body.

This is such a great deal on these classes, it makes me want to hop a plane and hit the studio. This studio offers a great variety of classes and work-outs. The services are going to be top-notch because Jean Sullivan is a known pilates expert!
