Jack From Brooklyn Delivers a NEW Liqueur for Holiday Cocktails: Sorel! Perfect Fourth of July Cocktails!

I love it when I run across an entirely new brand/segment of cocktails. It makes life interesting. Whiskey is amazing, scotch is good, vodka and gin are terrific, rum and tequila put a bit of a different bite on things. But when you find an entirely new liqueur to play with, one learns to run with it!

Jack From Brooklyn Libations

The Jack from Brooklyn signature summer cocktail is named after one of our favorite spirits buyers. Perfect for lazy Sunday brunches that stretch late into the afternoon/evening, the Ariana is simple, beautiful, delicious, refreshing, and of course, best enjoyed with friends.

What is Sorel? It’s like nothing else you have seen before. It’s a Caribbean mix of cultures put into spirits:

The brightness of Brazilian clove. The warmth of Indonesian cassia. The heat of Nigerian ginger. The woody bottom of Indonesian nutmeg. The full, aromatic body of Moroccan hibiscus. Pure cane sugar. The finest 100% organic NY grain alcohol.
This is Sorel. Delicious ice cold or piping hot, drink it straight or recreate your favorite classic cocktails.

So the only thing NOT Caribbean is the alcohol– the recipe and the predominant key ingredients are all imported.
