It’s your first day back at work and I DO KNOW that you need a cocktail after that long day & drive because the holidays were too short, too fun and now you are back at work. The shift in mind-set requires you do this in degrees. So here are a couple of cocktails that might help you out

2 oz Stoli Salted Karamel
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
(Optional 1 oz melted vanilla ice cream)
Combine ingredients and shake well
Strain up into a stemmed glass
Garnish with a lemon wheel
Food Pairing: Pecan Pie

½ part lime juice

Lime wheel
2 raspberries

Both of these sound yummy and I think the Floradora would be an ideal way to start off since you have tons of leftovers in the frig. What better way to clean out the frig than to have some for dinner and a great cocktail that pairs well with the food!!
