Gordan Ramsay’s FAT COW Restaurant Launches Beer ‘N’ Bangers Monthly Prix-Fixe Dinners!

The Fat Cow at The Grove, Gordon Ramsay’s Los Angeles restaurant celebrates his unique take on classic American favorites with a touch of his British home-cooking, is launching Beer ‘N’ Bangers, a new monthly tradition kicking off on Wednesday, Mar. 13.

The U.K. classic features a food and beer pairing in a one-of-a-kind, three course prix-fixe menu of beer-inspired dishes and house-made sausage paired with a fresh bottle of craft beer with each course.

Paying tribute to the restaurant’s U.K. roots, The Fat Cow will introduce L.A. to one of Ramsay’s favorite combinations.

“There are festivals in the U.K. celebrating beer ‘n’ bangers and we couldn’t wait to put our twist on it right here at The Fat Cow. We came up with the pairings by looking at the characteristics of each beer and then determining the right food to create delicious and playful combinations. Each course is meant to be a celebration; our goal is to produce a monthly event introducing our guests to a great new dining and drinking tradition.”


For the first “Beer ‘N’ Bangers” event, the menu features a three course pre-fix menu Starters:
your choice of
Beer & Cheddar Soup made with a pilsner, jalapeno, smoky bacon and aged cheddar cheese or
Chicken Wings in a beer marinade and chili sauce.

Entrée choices:
house-made Duck Sausage with mustard glaze and mashed potato
the traditional English dish, Toad in the Hole, consisting of Beer Braised Sausage in a Yorkshire pudding batter served with onion gravy.

Dessert choices:
Chocolate Beer Cake
or Raspberry Beer Float.
Each of the three courses is perfectly paired with a craft beer.

The Fat Cow serves lunch and dinner daily from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and until 1:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturday. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
