Holiday Weekend Cocktails: White Pike Whiskey Makes a Dent in Your Drink!
Hot for a new batch of brew to play with this holiday weekend? Have I got a surprise for you! White Pike Whiskey — typically only seen on the east coast — has made a pit stop here on the Left Coast for some fun.
This brew and several others coming from the Seneca Wine Trail in Central New York State, the Finger Lakes Distilling Company makes WHITE PIKE Whiskey as well as many other spirits!
Crafted by a man trained in the Alabama school of fast whiskey, White Pike is a refined spirit: made to be shot, sipped, or mixed. A recipe of corn, spelt and malted wheat, White Pike is distilled with precision for a smooth stand-alone flavor that mixes in ways brown whiskey’s won’t.
Highball, flask or straight from the bottle, drink it however, wherever – not a single ounce of White Pike Whiskey has ever spent more than 18 minutes in prison.
NOSE: Smells like a breeze running through a ripe cornfield at dusk.
TASTE: Hints of fresh buttered toast, rich in the middle and smooth as soft leather.
FINISH: Very clean, integrated.
OVERALL: Easy drinking and adaptable – shoot it, sip it, or mix it. Pickle brine or pomegranate. Lemon or lime.
