Nintendo is kicking off a three-month national tour in LA this Friday, June 6th at the Westfield in Culver City. The event will bring a giant video game playground to life and give attendees the opportunity to play popular Nintendo 2DS games with your fave characters like Kirby: Triple Deluxe, Yoshi’s New Island, Pokémon X and Mario Kart 7.

Lay Down Hip Hop Vibes in Pomona!
Here’s a super-hot MUSIC event that anyone can attend- providing they can win tickets or get to the location EARLY to buy tickets for an affordable $10 each! It’s not only a music showcase but also a way to see the new school dedicated to the Hip Hop music genre!
WHAT: The Hip Hop School of Arts Showcase – featuring worldclass battles, performances, and sets by Chris Karns and DJ Dynamix
When: Saturday, June 7, 2014 at the recently opened HHSA HQ in Pomona, CA. 12-7 PM
The event begins with an open house at noon, with Bboy performances featuring the Air Force Crew and an
8×2 battle. ( 12-2 PM)
DJ and Emcee battles will follow, highlighting semifinalists from Acrylick’s performance series. (2-7 PM)
Headliners
DJ and Emcee battles will run the next segment highlighting semi-finalists from Acrylick’s performance series.
Headliners Chris Karns (3-time Redbull Thre3style Champion, DMC World DJ Champion, Master of the Mix),
DJ Dynamix (2-time Redbull Thre3style Champion and Master of the Mix) and
DJ Erok (Acrylick/Critical Beatdown) will close out the night.
The nonprofit Hip Hop School of Arts nurtures various elements of Hip Hop in a state-of-the-art facility, providing unique performing arts and technical programs to assist aspiring artists and urban art entrepreneurs.
Clothiers Acylick and new tech company Younity play an active role in the HHSA’s growth through instruction, technology, and outreach.
