Tired? Worn Out? Need a “Little Somethin” to Get Your Motor Running? Got the Answer!

Excelerol is a new supplement on the market and it’s being promoted to get you alert and focused quickly without going overboard on the caffeine. It doesn’t seem to contain anything that would put your health at risk. (The feedback I have seen tells me a great many people have tried this and come up with a generally positive review on this product)

Here’s the scenario prompt that might have you wonder if this would help you.
Our minds have an amazing capacity to retain data and record events. Memory is our ability to recall the knowledge that we’ve learned and to relive the experiences that we’ve had. The human brain develops until a person’s mid-20s, and after that time, growth and development largely ceases. Some people find that as they age, their memory becomes fuzzy, leading to absentmindedness, forgetfulness and difficulty learning new facts. When this occurs, improved nutrition can sometimes lead to an improvement in the ability to recall and retain.

While some might say the disconnect it getting older, getting senile or Alzheimer type syndromes, that’s not necessarily so. Before you get your knickers in a major twist wondering if you might be getting Alzheimers or dementia answer a few more questions.

Are you dealing with stress day in and day out that seems unrelenting? It doesn’t have to be a huge amount of stress but it wears you out!

Are you eating properly?

Are you drinking alcoholic beverages on a regular basis? ()r has someone in your family been doing so?)

Are you having difficulty feeling rested when you sleep?

Have you been ill lately? Or has someone in your family been ill lately?

Has there been an increased workload at your job?

Are things financially ok for you personally?

All of these factors can cause fatigue, feeling slow on the uptake, forgetful and just not at your peak performance. Combine any 2 or more factors and you are feeling pretty poor. These are major stressors and can complicate your life with life events or behaviours on your part or the part of family members that can have a deleterious effect on your life.

The most common reply is “that’s life”.

Well it doesn’t have to be. You can take Excelerol instead and get back to your peak performance without excess coffee, alcohol, food or other items available to you. You can skip worrying about your loss of brain function and ability to keep up because this product puts you back on track.

The ingredients particularly the Niacinamide, Vitamin B12 and the Guarana are not a surprise. These particularly give you that feeling of a rush (particularly the Niacinamide. There’s a bit of caffeine from the teas but not enough information about the teas and given where they are in the list, it’s not a huge amount.

My take on Excelerol

I took this product for a week and then went off it. I gave it time and then tried it again to see if I could get the same results.

The first time I took it, I felt that Niacinamide rush. Not exactly my best feeling but it caught me off-guard. I don’t know what I expected to feel but I felt like I had taken a triple shot of expresso with a sweet coffee. That feeling quickly dissipated and I then felt totally focused, totally on game and really got a lot done that day. Wow. What a great product. I settled into a once a day routine to get things done with this product. I felt good. Could I take another? Yes if I needed to work later- -but I didn’t.

I stopped and had no serious issues other than I am juggling more things in the air and I have a lot of stressors. (A vacation would help but that’s not in the cards this year). There are other factors too in my life that are draining me. I just need to change my method of handling them.

I have done additional experimentation with this product and can’t find that it’s having any negative effect. There is a slow drop-off on the effect at the end of the single capsule cycle. It’s a great adjunct when you are under the gun for projects or you are juggling so many things in your life that you would let slide the things you really want to do. This is a way to have your cake and eat it too.

Would I recommend this? Yes, after you had a chat with your MD if you are thinking about taking this on a daily basis for longer than a month or two. I do believe it’s wise to let your medical professional know what you are taking. There is nothing in the side effect profile from any of these substances in this that would give one cause for alarm unlike the energy drinks with their caffeine and/or sugar boosts that cause super-highs and rocky lows in your blood sugar and the caffeine levels.

Thanks to the Excelerol people for allowing me to test drive this product. It’s very interesting and I like it a lot for short term supplementation.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
