I love it when I can show off surprise fashion news. If you are a fan of the TV show Scandal (and who isn’t!), designer Rubin Singer outfitted both Kerry Washington and Darby Stanchfield in gowns for the special event shown in the Season 5 Premiere episode.
You probably noticed the killer one-shoulder gown worn by Olivia Pope (AKA Kerry Washington). That dress was seen both front and back, from top to bottom. Way more than a LBD, this dress communicates Olivia Pope’s subtle confidence.
The always stylish Kerry Washington looked fabulously chic on September 24 episode wearing a silk faille pleated gown with ruffle detail (above) by RUBIN SINGER while co-star Darby Stanchfield wore a tangerine and gold baldachine gown (Below). Both designs are available from RUBIN SINGER’s Fall 2015 Collection.
This dress worn by Darby accentuated her coloring and her personal style. The fabric and styling were impeccable.

I like both of them for the design and drama, but would be most likely to wear the tangerine one. The color is exquisite, and the line effortless.
