Ouch, bumpy day my friend. Forewarned is forearmed, though. There may be delays or disappointment today. Often this one comes up to get us to let go of a ‘single right possibility’ and open us up for more. But first it’s just frustration, grief and some yuck – although most of it’s mental pain! The up side is the stories in our minds cause us far more grief than the facts, so notice where the story you tell yourself is more harsh than it needs to be.
