I love today’s cocktails from Nolet Silver Dry Gin. Not only because they are for the holidays but because gin is a very versatile botanical spirit. It has an herbal component that makes too sweet drinks more palatable. It makes the sipping easier. I also love that these cocktails feature unusual blends of ingredients like raspberry and rosemary. Definitely worth getting these ingredients and a bottle (or two) of Nolet’s for the week!
