Our mission is to build a community of like-minded fitness enthusiasts through producing innovative, active, and fun event and travel experiences.”

  1. These trips make so much sense for anyone who wants a fitness package. Why overpay to go to a destination spa and be gouged, when you can have better instruction and atmosphere for less…very smart!!

  2. Sense may instruct you to back off when running in frigid conditions, yet the key to not slipping is really to accelerate and abbreviate your walk. All the tips you shared with yous is really healthful for fitness lover.

  3. Thanks for the comment, but it’s not really relevant to the what the post was about. Virtually every location I featured in that post was in non-icy areas. Costa Rica, Mexico (TULUM), Crete, Sonoma County in California. The two places mentioned that might get cold: Upstate NY and Colorado- if you look at the dates (*JUNE), that’s unlikely to be frozen over.

    Hope that helps.
