It’s now the weekend — albeit a very L O N G weekend till we get to the Fourth of July! HEre is a fabulous cocktail that should try .. and it partners with these easy to serve desserts: COOLHAUS ice cream sammies!!
The Clase Azul Uncle Sam
Ingredients:
1 oz Clase Azul Plata Tequila –a luxury premium spirit celebrating it’s 20th anniversary! Here is a delicious cocktail for any 4th of July party!
1 oz La Pinta Pomegranate Liqueur
2 oz Orange juice
2 oz Pineapple juice
Dash of Grenadine
Method:
Glass: tall glass or a glass with a wide bowl
Fill glass with ice
Pour tequila and juices and stir well.
Pour in pomegranate liqueur slowly down the side,
Stir well again.
Pour in the dash of grenadine and stir just once
Garnish with an orange slice!

Well chosen products, as usual, Stevie. Those decanters are brilliant, and would add to any collection. I am sure the cocktails are also good, but this is a gift that goes on giving..and the ice cream sounds very attractive to me right now.
