The Emmys last night were surprising and fun. I love the array of winners– most were so well-earned and well-deserved. Somehow this post didn’t go live yesterday so I am making sure that you see it for this week– since it already seems to be off to an interesting start.

“Master of None” – Truly Sicilian Spritz
Created by Natasha David, Nitecap
Drink like Dev and celebrate his love for Italy by sipping on this classic twist!
Ingredients:
4 oz Truly Spiked & Sparkling Blood Orange
2 oz Pinot Grigio (or any other Dry White Wine like Sauvignon Blanc, Fume’ Blanc or something light and grassy)
0.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a Wine glass with ice and stir for 10 seconds.
Garnish with a Blood Orange Slice.
“Big Little Lies” – Truly Bitter
A bitter drink to honor the bitter, grudge-holding women of Monterey
Ingredients:
5 oz. Truly Spiked & Sparkling Grapefruit & Pomelo
1/2 oz. Campari
½ oz. Cointreau
Juice from one lemon or orange wedge
Orange or grapefruit wedge or twist for garnish
Method:
Combine ½ oz. Campari, ½ oz. Cointreau and juice from 1 lemon or orange wedge in a rocks glass over single large ice cube.
Top off with Truly Spiked & Sparkling Grapefruit & Pomelo.
Add orange or grapefruit wedge or twist for garnish.
“This Is Us” – Yours Truly
Cozy up on the couch with this heartwarming show and lovely cocktail to match
Ingredients:
6 oz. Truly Spiked & Sparkling Colima Lime
½ oz. Triple Sec
½ oz. Pomegranate juice
1 oz. Vodka
Method:
Combine vodka, triple sec, and pomegranate juice over ice in a Collins glass.
Top with Truly Spiked & Sparkling Colima Lime.
Garnish with a lime slice.
“Stranger Things” – Truly Spicyrita
This spicy margarita will keep you on the edge of your seat while watching this spooky show!
Ingredients:
6 oz. Truly Spiked & Sparkling Colima Lime
1 oz. Jalapeno Tequila (can use chili peppers to infuse the tequila for an extra kick)
Juice from 3 lime wedges
Pinch of salt for garnish
Thinly sliced chili pepper for garnish
Method:
Combine Jalapeno Tequila and juice from 3 lime wedges.
Pour over ice.
Top with Truly Spiked & Sparkling Colima Lime.
Rim glass with salt and garnish with a pepper slice floating on drink.
