Stella Artois Cidre Ginger Snap:
A fun twist on everyone’s favorite holiday cookie, the Stella Artois Cidre Ginger Snap includes triple match scotch, lemon, ginger, and Stella Artois Cidre.

Ingredients [per drink]:
1 oz. Triple Malt
0.5 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. Fresh Ginger Juice
0.5 oz. Maple Syrup
Maple Spice Blend for Rim [per 8 drinks]:
1 oz. Maple Sugar
0.5 oz. Allspice Powder
0.5 oz. Nutmeg Powder
Rub rim of glass with lemon wedge.
Dip glass into maple spice blend.
Half fill glass with ice – add liquid ingredients to glass and stir.
Fill glass to half waypoint with Stella Artois Cidre.
Stella Artois Cidre Fireside Sangria:
A refreshing year-round cocktail, the Stella Artois Cidre Fireside Sangria pairs the perfectly balanced taste of Stella Artois Cidre with the crisp flavor of fresh apples.
Ingredients (serves 8):
1 honey crisp apple – cored and sliced thin
1 cup white grapes cut in half
1 cup white grape juice
1 lemon cut into wheels
3 orange peels
1 dash vanilla extract
2 cinnamon sticks
1 cup applesauce or non-alcoholic apple cider
1 tablespoon sugar
3 sprigs of mint
4 12-ounce bottles Stella Artois Cidre
In a large punch bowl add apples, grapes, grape juice, lemons, orange peel, cinnamon, vanilla, apple cider and sugar.
Mix thoroughly and allow to macerate for 30-45 minutes.
To finish the punch, add cold Stella Artois Cidre, ice and mint.
Stella Artois Cidre Elderberry Bellini:
An easy-to-make classic cocktail with a twist perfect for any occasion including toasting to the New Year!
0.5 oz. Elderberry Syrup
0.75 oz. Amaro
Add liquid ingredients to glass and stir.
Top with one-third of Stella Artois Cidre.
Squeeze orange twist over drink and add as garnish.
Stella Artois Cidre Winter Berry Toddy:
A modern take on the original hot toddy cocktail, the Stella Artois Winter Berry Toddy combines the warm flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla with notes of citrus for a perfect beverage to sip on during any chilly, winter evening.
1 12-ounce bottle of Stella Artois Cidre
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 ½ ounce fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes and lower temp to lowest setting, let simmer for up to 20 minutes.
Strain mixture through doubled-over cheesecloth or strain 2 times through a fine mesh strainer.
Ladle into your favorite decorative hot beverage mug and garnish with fresh raspberries.
