It’s currently allergy season — unless you are back east or in the midwest where there’s snow and soon you will have LOTS of allergens and pollens to worry about. However, one of the things that you can do besides taking antihistamines to stay healthy is taking a multi-vitamin. Yeah– I know that big pills are hard to swallow and often have an HORRID after-taste.
Instead follow the lead of some of the people who have been on NBC”s THE VOICE — where a strong singing voice requires practice, discipline, healthy eating & drinking habits as well as a healthy body.
