Day 2 of 12 Drinks of Christmas: Spirited Holiday Cocktail Recipes Courtesy of Sass Ashe
There are many traditional cocktails and holiday punches that we’ve all enjoyed for generations, but sometimes those traditional cocktails can use a little shaking up! The following recipes are my tried and true new holiday favorites- each has been personally tested by myself and has been served at gatherings over the past few holiday seasons.
Jack From Brooklyn Brings the Spice into Holiday Eggnog with Sorel!
I had a chance to talk about Sorel last year. I was blown away. Sorel is from Brooklyn and it’s a unique spirit that will spice up any drink or dessert topping like nothing else you have seen.
End of the World (or Year) Getting to You? Toast the Doomsday & End of Year with Great Cocktails!
The end of the world according to the ancient Mayan calendar is quickly approaching. So here are a couple of cocktails that you might want to get all the mixings and fixings for so that you can start drinking sooner than later.

Holidays According to Sass Ashe! Holiday Party Etiquette On the Job! Party Smart!
We’ve all heard the stories of the girl who got drunk and did something bad at the office holiday party. Of course you may be wondering what else there is to do that’s fun at such an event. You may picture a stiff and well behaved crowd picking at appetizers and looking at their watches, and of course staring at the drunk chick dancing on a table. Your office holiday party doesn’t have to be the bane of your holiday season, you can employ the following etiquette tips to shake things up and make it a party to remember without being the girl who ends up topless.
Sass Ashe Spotlights Hot Boot Looks for the Holiday Season from Ankle Boots to Tall Bootsl!
I had to laugh a few days ago when one of my Facebook friends asked “What is up with hooker boots, skinny jeans and a big sloppy hoodie?” I’m a boot girl, I will wear boots with just about anything and in fact I’m pretty sure I’ve worn what could be called hooker boots with jeans and a hoodie. But I didn’t consider that a fashion look, it was just what I threw on, probably to run to the mailbox. Now, don’t let that sway your opinion of my style, I do know how to pair boots with just about anything and this season there are some hot boot styles that make me feel like I’m a teenager again! (BTW: I do not consider Uggs to be boots, so if that’s what you’re looking for this definitely isn’t the post for you!)
