Holiday 2005 is all about the glow. Everyone is seeking out that "perfect" product for the glow.. whether it’s foundation or a shimmer but typically it’s a created by a talented makeup artist with a slew of products that can set you back a chunk.

Thanks to Jane Iredale, you can save a bundle of bucks by getting the glow with Moonglow — her newest quad of golden bronze and copper shades which can be used individually or together on eyes, cheeks and even lips as highlighter or color. It’s amazing what you can do with this quad– be ever so soft or deeply dramatic. The shimmer is from 24 Karat food grade gold flakes that provide a shimmering natural glow wherever you apply it. It won’t irritate because it’s a natural product.

To create this look use this easy step by step guide. Work slowly and make sure you have the right tools.
Eyes: Wet an eye brush: Use the light gold color to highlight the brow and the inner corner of the eye. Create a a V at the outer corner of the eye, pointing toward the ear with the darkest color. Create a V pointing inward toward the nose at the inner corner of the eye with the copper color. Highlight the middle area where the v’s connect with the pink shimmer color. (optional liner would be the darkest color applied wet with a tiny, thin liner brush. That is NOT shown in the photo however)
Cheeks: Use a fan brush to apply Moonglow over the cheek apples. (Start light and sheer; you can always add more for a more dramatic look. BLEND!! )
Lips: Apply the moonglow gold for light complexions and copper for darker complexions onto the lips. Add clear gloss to set the color. In the photo the gloss was Jane Iredale’s PURE GLOSS.
