Macy Gray is back and bigger than before. I was lucky enough to see her live at a private show for her new album BIG which hits stores March 27th. She sang some of my old favorites that include the classic hit I Try, Do Something, and the very real life tale of all women, Why Didn’t You Call Me.
Macy also gave the audience a taste of her new songs that are sure to top the charts like Finally Made Me Happy and Shoo Be Doo which are currently available on itunes. If you like her other cd’s, you’re sure to like this one too. She collaborated with some major heavyweights that include Fergie and will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas, Natalie Cole, and Justin Timberlake. Don’t wait, this album is a must-have!
