What's YOUR Excuse for Skipping the Workout or Fitness Routine?
It’s FITNESS check in time! Have you been keeping up the workout? What have you been doing? (feel free to comment and let me know or email me) to tell me what you are doing. The question really is have you started? Have you made the commmitment to keep it going? If not, maybe I can help you out– or this video will — because truly it says it al.
It’s a check in time for me to hopefully to kick your rear into gear to get it moving. Daily I stretch twice a day doing pilates/yoga based exercises with what’s called a “miracle ball” and spin off the workout from that along with the pilates mat work.
In the *early* AM, I am doing either Pilates reformer workout or the Intermediate Fluidity workout , (yeah. I blew right past the beginner one except for the seated back work where they lift the legs while seated. I can’t seem to get that one. I go back to the beginners move for that). Love the stretches, the barre work and I love the new way of doing crunches. I do those at night too.
