(a) An Entry consists of one (1) video that provides a response to the question “What does Heavy Duty® Hair mean to you?” Included in the title should be the phrase “Heavy Duty Hair.”
The video should display the Heavy Duty® logo and images of one or both of the following Heavy Duty® hair care products: Heavy Duty®, Hard Hold Hair Gel, Heavy Duty Road Rage Spiking Glue.Heavy Duty® logo and product images are available for download respectively at these

(b) Entries may not be larger than 100 MB (the maximum file size for any video uploaded to YouTube).
Entries must be provided in avi, mov, mpg or wmv file format and must comply with the YouTube Terms of Use, located at http://www.youtube.com/t/terms, and the YouTube Privacy
Policy, located at http://www.youtube.com/t/privacy.

(c) To submit an Entry, Entrants must complete the following steps:
• Log onto http://www.youtube.com/group/heavydutyhair (the “Web Site”) during the Contest Period and join the group.
• Existing YouTube members will be asked to sign-in to their accounts; non-members will
be prompted to create accounts.
• Once an Entrant is logged into his or her account, click on “Add a Video” and follow the
instructions appearing on the page.
(d) Once an Entry is uploaded onto YouTube, it is final and may not be modified or edited. No
Entries will be returned and no acknowledgment of receipt will be provided. Entries that do not
adhere to these Official Rules will be considered void and disqualified from the Contest.
Entries must be received by 11:59 PM PST on April 30, 2008.
