I would say to a potential patient that it was “OK to be angry, it’s what we do with it that is the hard part, it can and is a very destructive emotion but if managed well it can be quite positive.”
I think this guy has well and truly ‘lost it’ I wonder if the place of work has considered ‘Conflict Management training’.
