In a post on his MySpace profile, Musician Jason Mraz shared a picture of his lean body in bikini briefs along with information on the food lifestyle experiment he’s been doing.
While raw food works for some and not for others, it certainly agrees with Jason Mraz.
He started doing the “raw food” trend to support a friend who needed to manage diabetes, Mraz started the program on April 1 and he’s not fooling around.
Check out the photo he recently posted on his myspace page:

His in-shape physique is a testament to a lifestyle that seems to agree with life on the road– though his breakfast drink sounds a bit odd:
“I start each day with a crazy ass Superfood Smoothie that most people refer to as, the Green Sludge.” This green sludge contains things like Super Greens, hemp protein, Goji Juice, coconut water, flax Seed oil, homemade cashew milk, raw cacao, bee pollen, and sometimes a banana”
Hmmm, don’t know if I could do all the sludge, but bits of it sound pretty good when you realize that raw cacao is chocolate. If you are allergic to bees, don’t use the bee pollen. This recipe is not for “everyone” but if you are Jason Mraz, it obviously is working out for him.
“Rather than rely on room service and overpriced restaurant versions of vegetarian cuisine, shop at local grocers and eat my own delicious homemade meals. ”
This raw food program definitely fits the lifestyle of the touring troubadour and given that he’s headed to the “land down under”
Thanks to Trend Hunter for this hot bite of newsworthy healthy eating 411 on Jason Mraz. If you want to catch up on what’s going on with Mr. Musicality check him out at www.myspace.com/jasonmraz
