Booking Yourself Into Perfect Shape! Books to Help You Achieve the Body You Want!

While it’s getting closer to spring and swimwear and shorts are being seen in stores and magazines, maybe it’s time to start thinking about being sure you can get into shorts and swimwear without feeling like you should run screaming from the dressing room or vowing never to shop again until you _________ (you fill in the blank).
Consistent with the workout videos I have covered recently, here are several books I have run across that might help you fit into jeans, shorts, swimwear, and the summer fashions that are lighter in weight (and you probably want to be too to wear them). These books give you tips, ideas, and inspiration about working out, eating properly, treating your body properly and accepting your body as it is or could be. These books cover a range of topics and yet all have something serious to say.
