Summer Skin: Scoping Out Great Skincare Lines: Rejuve MD, Glo Therapeutics, & Fenix

More skincare lines that I have been trying that I have tried– and tested over and over again just to make sure I give you some products that are worth test-driving. Given that it’s soon to be summer, your skincare needs will change not to mention the greater use of sunblock.
Here are more products that you should be checking out:

Fenix: Available in MD offices and select retail outlets, this is a killer line that was made originally for a man’s wife because she was allergic to so many things. The Skin Rejuvenating Base is an amazing product. (Actually the entire line is amazing).

Sepitonic M3 is a multimineral chrono-energizer that:
* Stimulates the cells by increasing the energy budget (pyruvate), which reflects glycolysis
* Increases Adenonsine Triphosphate (ATO), which reflects the energy level of the cells
* Increases total protein content, which reflects protein metabolism
* Increases DNA content, which provides information about the number of cells and thus cell division
As a result of its broad action on all cellular reactions, Sepitonic M3 enhances and brightens skin tone, restores vitality and helps skin regain a healthy fresh tone.
Other ingredients include:
Copper, Zinc, Magnesium Aspartate, Glycerin, Larrea Divaricata (Chaparral) Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Achillea Millerfolium Extract, Allantoin, Squalane, Jojoba Seed Oil in a lightweight cream that emulsifies quickly. Less is more with this cream. It’s potent!

Rejuve MD is a new addition in the arsenal of stopping the hands of time. What’s really interesting is that this line is comprised of two produccts; face and eye treatments that are sure to capture your attention the same way it has gotten my attention.
While we want to stop time or turn back the clock, here’s what’s going on with your skin:
Young skin is smooth, plump and supported from the inside by a matrix of collagen and elastin that provides firmness and elasticity. Youtng skin also has a plethora of growth factors that trigger fibroblast cells to produce and maintain this matrix. Unfortunately as we get older, these growth factors become depleted and fibroblasts get sluggish. Because the production of collagen- and elastin-producing fibroblasts slow down, enzymes in the skin start to destroy the supportive matrix faster than it can be replenished, and thus the fine lines , wrinkles, dullness and other signs of aging are visible. Now there’s a solution.

I just got tips from the MD who created this line on how to get results like above and below. After cleansing your face, apply these products and leave them on for 20 minutes before applying *anything” else. No make-up, no sunblock until 20 minutes has gone by.
This allows the liposomal delivery system to kick into gear and get down 3 layers of your skin (REALLY!). You would see changes within 2 weeks (not the typical 8 weeks that most skincare promises!!!) Now that’s amazing.

That all sounds great but does it really deliver? Skeptic that I am, I was wondering how much could 2 products do. I was surprised that 2 products could do a lot more than one would think.

The Face treatment and Eye treatment
Here are some before and after photos that will give you serious pause– and it should because these results are amazing.

I haven’t quite seen these results — because I wasn’t using it day and night.. but I did see results that I like. Now it’s time for me to try it twice a day– and see what happens. What I find equally remarkable is that these 2 treatments are a complete regiment (other than sunblock and cleanser) and the total price is $230! That’s such a steal!
Rejuve MD
GloTherapeutics is another cool line of treatment products that mix both high-tech ingredients with natural extracts and essences. Featuring a slew of anti-oxidants, these products will provide you with clearer, smoother and healthier skin.
Here are two products I was able to try:

GloPumpkin Enzyme Scrub with jojoba beads, rice extract and sphingolipids is a great scrub to dissolve the dead skin cells and will provide nourishment to help the younger skin underneath kick into high gear. This works without irritation — even on the most difficult days when your skin feels “out of sorts”. It’s affordably priced at $30.00.

The other product I got to try is great.. as in really great. GloRenew Serum was a surprise in a small bottle but don’t let the size of the bottle fool you! There’s a lot of power packed in this bottle and the product is lovely! Use this nightly for sure and during the day with a good sunscreen . I found this one is great on its’ own and also mixed with a couple of other non-retinol products. I like the silky, creamy texture and it provides a nice base for makeup providing you put on the sunblock.
Ingredients include:
Hydroxy acids and retinol stimulate a mild exfoliation and cell renewal to smooth, improve texture and tone of the skin. Blended with anti-bacterial agents that provide oil control benefits.
•Glycolic and Salicylic Acid to renew and improve the tone and texture of the skin
