Valerie Orsoni was recently featured on video with tips e on how to get ready for your vacation. Now the fitness queen of LeBootCamp.com is back to give you tips on how to manage to squeeze in fitness and not lose the figure you have accomplished while on vacation!

Realize that Valerie’s tips aren’t just for women. Guys could/should pick up on them too. After all, I haven’t seen a man yet who doesn’t start burning when doing 50 wall push-ups. It’s hard– but you could do them on an incline using a counter. Plus I have ways of making them harder — to work the glutes.

I think, I hope to follow Valerie’s suggestions. It’s not the exercise that’s the problem, it’s the cocktail hour starting so early.
So an FYI people, as I get closer to vacation, the posts are going to drop down to 2 per day.. and will stay that way for the summer. It allows me to do podcast & video editing and also have some fun too.
