Fitness Pro Valerie Orsoni Gives You Tips & Tricks on How to Get Fit & Healthy –Easily!!

Valerie Orsoni is no stranger to this blog. I have interviewed her 5 times previously and used a lot of her tips when I went on vacation last year so that I could “indulge” on the vacation without picking up a ton of weight. Thanks to her tips, she made it very easy for me to work fitness into the regimen and also give me ideas on how to make sure that while I was eating out a lot, that I could make wise food choices.

< The question I often get asked when I talk about her to people, is who is Valerie Orsoni. While she is well-known in Europe and globally, she's not as well-known here in the states yet she lives in northern California. Valerie and I had a chance to get together for an interview which was done on video below and you learn about her very powerful story. She is just like the average person. Valerie used to be overweight, had several close calls with serious health issues (plane crash, cancer and more). She found a way to work through all that and get healthy and fit without deprivation and spending incredible amounts of time at the gym. She created lebootcamp.com

Fitness Pro Valerie Orsoni Gives You Tips on How to Get Fit & Healthy the Easy Way! from stevie wilson on Vimeo.

Valerie’s fitness website is the most user-friendly and interesting site I have ever seen or used– and yes I am a member of LeBootCamp.com! (actually done 2 different rounds with this site!!) It’s easy to use, very affordable and gives you an email every day with great tips, tricks, suggestions and recipes. Also on the site you will find that there is really a lot of options there for you in terms or motivation, healthy eating habits, recipes and lots of different easy-to-do exercises that you can do at home, at work, even in the car– some are actual exercises and lots more are isometrics that can change your appearance without anyone else knowing what you are doing. For all of you who do core work via yoga and pilates– that’s isometrics that you can do some of that sitting in the chair.

What I love is her new book Le Personal Coach. This is a fun, light-hearted (even sassy) book that’s not a long laborious read but actually fun. Full of fun, easy (and fast) to read tips and tricks, Valerie makes it clear that her method is one that does not require deprivation. There might be some changes in your habits — both in terms of how you view your body, your food intake and your idea of exercise. It’s an easy to use system that makes exercise easy to incorporate into your life and makes small changes in your eating habit easy. “Diet” becomes a four letter word that just doesn’t need to be said. I do her exercise tips while brushing my teeth, while driving the car and even when I am blow-drying my hair. Yes!! It’s that easy. The book is fast and fun and everyone I have talked to that has read it has been really surprised at how fast it is to read. Valerie’s all about fun– and your life should be fun and having a healthy body should be fun– and not drudgery. Heck , if I can do this while on vacation, you can do this too! All you have to do is pick up a copy of this book.

Your bathing suit, your clothing, and your mirror will show you that it really works without a ton of effort and sweat. REALLY!!
