The brand’s creative and service driven iPhone app, Champagne Protocoles de G.H.MUMM,has been created to initiate users into the fascinating rituals and rules of champagne for their drinking pleasure. Often people don’t realize that there are certain types of glasses, toasts and ways to serve champagne (unless you happen to read this blog on a regular basis, you probably don’t know how different champagne should be treated!)

Within the 12-chapter guide to 100 champagne protocols, users will learn all the dos and don’ts of champagne. In particular, they’ll learn how to handle a jeroboam, sabre a bottle of champagne, bring it to the perfect temperature, and serve it in an appropriate glass. Five of the 12 chapters are currently available with subsequent rituals to be released in regular intervals.
