Celebrate Black Friday a Duet of Cocktails to Toast the Thanksgiving Weekend, Football & Shopping!
It’s time to start giving thanks for the respite that the holiday brings! Courtesy of Big Foot West, we have TWO amazing cocktails for you to whip up for this holiday weekend.
Bigfoot West in Culver City embraces Thanksgiving and fall with mixologist Vanessa Kemling’s Punkin’ Spice-Tini.
A luscious mix of Stoli Vanilla, Kemling’s own house made organic pumpkin puree and Irish cream, topped with whip, a dash of cinnamon and allspice served in a coupe. This drink is pumpkin pie with a kick!
1 1/2 oz. Stoli Vanilla,
1 oz. pumpkin mix
(consisting of a mix of organic pumpkin,
cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, simple syrup, brown sugar),
1/2 oz. Irish Cream,
Shake to break down pumpkin puree, top with whipped cream.
Add a dash of spice mix (cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice) on top!
Another fall inspired cocktail at Bigfoot West is Kemling’s Maple Leaf:
Rittenhouse 100 Proof Rye Whiskey,
simple maple syrup (Aunt Jemima Maple Syrup is recommended because the mixologist likes it)
and flamed orange (dip it in the whiskey and light it while holding it with tongs and then gently drop it on the cocktail) served on ice.
