12 Drinks of Christmas: Day #8 Milagro Tequila Makes Some Tasty Cocktails & Sipping Tequila!

I get a lot of queries about tequila and what to buy and how to use it. Often it’s about cocktails versus sipping. My comment is why choose one or the other? Why not get a tequila that gives you both options:

Milagro Tequila!!

World’s Freshest Margarita

2 parts Milagro Silver Tequila

¾ part Milagro Agave Nectar

1 part fresh lime juice

Shake well. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks
glass. Garnish with a lime. Salt optional.

Carpe Dia Blackberry Smash Cocktail

2 parts Milagro Añejo Tequila

¾ part Milagro Agave Nectar

1 part fresh lime juice

5 Blackberries

2 Sage leaves

3 dashes barrel-aged bitters

Muddle fruit and herbs, add all other ingredients.
Shake with ice and strain into rocks glass with
ice. Garnish with taragon mint sprig.

There are a few more recipes I am trying to snag from Milagro because their tequila is so versatile and I even attended a tasting/mixology event where everyone got to make their own cocktails. WOW! Fun.
Lots of great things to do with this brand.
