Australian podiatrist Phillip Vasyli, global health expert Dr. Andrew Weil, and fitness expert and celebrity trainer Juliet Kaska of JK Zen Fitness will kick-off the nationwide Walkabout on April 3rd, coinciding with National Walking Day.

TheWalkabout campaign is open to the public to participate in and to serve as champions of walking, putting a public spotlight on walking for physical and emotional health. The campaign is also an opportunity to engage in an online community of walkers encouraging all Americans to get out and walk.

According to a study by the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA),72 percent of Americans say they do not exercise because foot pain prevents them from doing so.   1. Dr. Weil is a legend. I was excited to hear about the True Food Kitchen. Unfortunately, the variety of vegetarian dishes are limited.

    Video longer than I anticipated. Good info though. Nice campaign for walking (on the earth).
