On these two.. I have not made them up. the Sazarec- I have to find that special rye whiskey though the rest of the cocktail sounds terrific.. (had something with rye whiskey last week that about knocked me on my butt between the ginger beer and the whiskey)

The coquito.. that hasn’t been done yet either– mostly because it’s so time intensive because it’s very similar to egg nog.. (give me an easy drink or someone interesting in the kitchen to talk to who wants to help and I would make it)
White Pike.. from Friday– totally!! GREAT white whiskey. have 2 more spirits that I need to test drive– a moonshine (white and made from corn) as well as a lovely rye whiskey- both local California brews..

The cocktails coming up for Monday I would do if I used another tequila. The brand said they would send me some samples to try.. but nothing is arrived yet – because it’s so special. I have a liquor pantry to kill for because I have lots of cool stuff where I have made not necessarily the specific cocktails or done a riff on them — as well as had them spirits straight up to get a sense of how the flavor unfolds.
