I don’t usually cover children’s flicks but considering it’s Spring Break, nothing gives parents a break like a new movie on DVD.
I know it sounds like I must be a horrid mother, but my little girl actually loves movies of all kinds: from Disney to Roger & Hammerstein to lots of other Broadway musicals along with animated, animal & historical documentaries. so it’s not like she watches a ton of TV, just stuff we made sure suitable for young kids.

Now that’s not being released on DVD until May. What to do til then? Go see the MUPPETS new movie. For those who don’t have kids, it’s ok to be seen at a MUPPET Movie. One of my favorite things to do is see a MUPPET movie in a theater and eat a big box of popcorn and candy.

Not courtesy of Hulu.com but still equally as worthy of featuring here, Disney’s FROZEN is now out on DVD & Blu-Ray! (woot!) This is a great flick that is an Oscar winning animated film.

Definitely worth a watch (ok maybe just once) when you can’t find anything first run on the tube.
