2015 Brings 2 Hot New Beauty Products: No Dark Shadows + No Bleeding Lips!

Perfect for all the red carpets in your own life (as well as that of celebrities) are these two products from No Cosmetics. These new items are “must have” items for your kit as well as anyone else you know that might be a beauty junkie. They help you walk out that door by preventing your lipstick from bleeding as well as hiding any shadows or imperfections you might have!

What’s cool about these products is that they are highly effective, super easy to use and very affordable! I was provided each of these products to test drive. Read on down to catch my mini-reviews on them.

NO BLEEDING LIPS is a great product to prevent your lip color or gloss from migrating without having a visible lipline. This invisibly yet non-greasy product makes enhancing your lips easy-peasey!

For Fool-Proof Lips:

To make a fuller lip line, draw No Bleeding Lips™ Secret Lip Liner around the outer edges of lips then apply lipstick or gloss inside that line.
For optimal results, use a lip brush to apply your lip colour.

* Mini-review:
I have been using this product daily.. with and without regular lip liner. I find that it doesn’t hinder my application of lipcolor and it prevents my lip color and the gloss I often wear from migrating. It’s a sheer, no-color pencil and the pencil applicator makes it easy to apply and also to fake the look of larger lips by using it just outside your lip-line!

No Dark Shadows™
No Dark Shadows™ is a secret weapon in your beauty kit in masking skin imperfections. It is beauty simplified. Without having to “over-think” or obsess over makeup routines, No Dark Shadows™ is an absolute essential and gives women the confidence in their own natural beauty.

The multi-purpose complexion enhancer is designed to conceal imperfections and dark circles under the eyes, and to highlight the complexion. Featuring light diffusing particles, this lovely brush/pen diminishes the appearance of fine lines, brightens complexion and highlights the higher planes of your face (above the brows, the cheekbones, the bridge of the nose and the chin). No Dark Shadows™ is an easy-to-use pen-like tube, which also makes it ideal for travel. It’s a snap to use and it’s easy to apply. If you “wind up” too much product, you can dab the excess on the back of your hand and keep applying the excess to your face.

Available in two universal shades:
Wow (rosy tone)
Pizazz (yellow tone).
This specialized concealer is oil-free, long-lasting and leaves complexion looking natural (without any dry or powder patches that is common with concealers) for up to six hours before reapplying. Apply alone, or under or over foundation blending naturally with the skin tone.

*Mini Review:
I love this product. Ok, that’s a first. I usually hate concealers because once they set, they either fall apart or they get dry and cakey. No bueno for any skin-type. I found that this concealer + illuminator is different. If you follow the instructions on the enclosed paper in the box, you will find lots of uses for this product! While this product is doing its job in hiding dark spots and circles to toning down red spots, decreasing the visibility of fine lines, it also illuminates the higher planes of the face to make your eyes pop, and your cheekbones appear from no-where. (*Ok you do have cheekbones but you want them to pop up and provide contours to your face! This product will do that and more.) Very easy to use, dial up a little and keep adding it as you go. It will dry if you dial up too much, hence the back of the hand suggestion earlier!) This product is less expensive than illuminator/highlighter and concealer products. When you realize that you are getting BOTH in this pen, you will love this!

While I was provided product to test out, it never affects my review of that product. I review products honest and effectively by using the product for a while then stopping the product and then returning to it to see if it delivers effective product actions. Getting product to sample is a key way to evaluate products. However it’s also a case of YMMV (your mileage may vary.)It is definitely a situation that everyone’s skin is unique to them. There are product you find to be fabulous that would not deliver the same results for me and vice versa. Caveat Emptor!
Happily these two products are very effective and worth the $$ you will pay. I am glad they are less expensive than many similar products.
