I don’t pry into people’s lives. Thank you for sharing that. Both CFS and Fibromyalgia can really do a number on you. I like that attitude of trying to seize control of your life and trying to manage what you can to be as “normal” as possible. (note that normal is not really known to be quantifiable. You should reach out to Cynthia and John. They are amazing people. They are caring and sensitive people. Get her book and take a good read. It happens more often than you realize.

Thank you thank you thank you for sharing this. You know that saying, “If you can touch one person…..” well you did it. That was me today. I needed this so much today. I am not sure if you know this or not but I was diagnosed about two and a half years ago with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It turned my physical, uppity, energetic self upside down. My life has been rocked (hence my website tagline “Rockin Wellness in a Whole New Way”) in so many ups and downs but I wont let it take me. My focus this year is on engaging with community because I want to be heard on an important topic I am pushing this year —-Quality of LIFE!

Thanks for sharing this important and motivational post. It was much needed.

She has fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome too. It’s sad that someone with her physical gifts lost it all because of MDs being unwilling or unable to think beyond basic medicine.
