Valentine’s Day can be done without a lot of hassle, particularly if you are willing to go DIY for parts of it. It truly doesn’t have to cost $$$$ but an affordable amount with a bit of planning and lead time. Rokz has shared some tasty cocktails for this fun holiday. Make these at home just for the two of you OR have a great dinner party with everyone bringing a bottle of wine or spirits and a dish to share for an evening of fun!
Ultimate Cosmo Martini
Ingredients
1.5 ounces rokz cranberry-infused vodka
1 ounce cranberry juice
1 ounce triple sec
.5 ounce fresh lime juice.
Shake, strain into a rokz cranberry sugar-rimmed glass and enjoy!
Making It:
Infuse your favorite vodka with rokz cran infusion.
Rim a chilled glass with rokz cranberry sugar.
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Winter Cosmo Cocktail
This recreates the signature cocktail by adding spicy caramel tones and a touch of chili.
Ingredients
2 ounces rokz cranberry-infused spiced rum
1 oz triple sec
1.5 oz cranberry juice
.25 oz lime juice
Garnish: rokz sweet heat cocktail sugar rim
Making It:
Infuse your favorite-spiced rum with rokz cranberry infusion.
Rim a chilled glass with rokz sweet heat cocktail sugar.
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds.
Strain over a couple of large ice cubes. Enjoy!
Peppermint Martini
Ingredients
2 ounces rokz cranberry-infused vodka
4 dashes of white creme de menthe
2.5 oz cranberry juice
Garnish: Peppermint cocktail sugar rim, of course
Making It:
Infuse your favorite vodka with rokz cranberry infusion.
Combine the vodka, creme de menthe and cranberry juice in a shaker.
Add ice and shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with rokz peppermint sugar.
Spring Breeze Cocktail
Ingredients
1.5 ounces cranberry-infused vodka
3 ounces cranberry juice
1.5 ounces grapefruit juice
lime
Garnish: citrus petals sugar rim, slice of lime
Making It:
Infuse your favorite vodka with rokz cranberry infusion.
Combine the vodka, cranberry and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds.
Rim a tall glass with rokz citrus petals sugar and fill with ice.
Strain the mixture into the glass and add a squeeze of lime.

I still have not seen this brand for sale, but think it is brilliant. I could do a lot with the citrus and petal sugar..great flavor ideas.
