I know that Father’s Day might be winding down where you are, but it’s just starting to get crazy here in Los Angeles. It’s 100 degrees where I am (7 miles from the water – literally!) and it’s 3:15 in the afternoon. Ribs are in the oven and when I opened the oven door, they smelled heavenly!
Now it’s time for a cocktail. Here are some cocktails courtesy of Stillhouse Moonshine. These make perfect sips for a slow-cook Sunday afternoon.
Cocktails for Father’s Day:
CRAN APPLE FIZZ
Courtesy of Stillhouse whiskey
Ingredients:
1 oz. Stillhouse Apple Crisp whiskey
2 oz. cranberry juice
2 oz. soda
Garnish with a lime wheel
Method:
Pour all ingredients over ice and stir well!
Slide lime wheel on rim!
PINEAPPLE EXPRESS

Ingredients:
2 oz. Stillhouse coconut whiskey
3 oz. fresh pineapple juice
Garnish with a pineapple wedge
Method:
Mix all ingredients into shaker and shake well.
With strainer, pour over the rocks into glass and garnish!
MINT CONDITION

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Stillhouse Mint Chip whiskey
Club soda
Mint leaves
Preparation:
Pour 1.5 oz. Stillhouse Mint Chip Whiskey over ice and fill with club soda.
Garnish with 2-3 smacked mint leaves.
AMERICAN PIE

Ingredients:
2 oz. Stillhouse Red Hot whiskey
2 oz. apple juice
Garnish with thinly sliced apple
Method:
Mix all ingredients into shaker and shake well.
With strainer, pour over the rocks into glass and garnish!
PEACH DON’T KILL MY VIBE

Ingredients:
2 oz. Stillhouse Peach Tea whiskey
3 oz. fresh lemonade
Garnish with a lemon twist
Method:
Mix all ingredients into shaker and shake well. With strainer, pour over the rocks into glass and garnish!
