Don’t Miss *United Fest* -10/16 – DTLA’s First Ever Brewtastic Block Party!

Downtown LA’s Arts District is now home to seven craft breweries, along with spirit distillers, fresh pressed juicers and kombucha cultivators. In celebration of this beverage bounty, the first-ever DTLA Breweries United Fest, a brew-tastic block party, hosted by DTLA Breweries United, will take place on Sunday, October 16 from 1-5 pm.

Set in the triangle lot just outside Angel City Brewery, the Breweries United Fest is for all libation-loving locals and will feature locally produced spirits, beer, juices, kombucha and of course – tacos (because, LA)!

“We’ve been excited about the idea of a small, local beer fest since the first few breweries joined Angel City in the Arts District,” said Jon Carpenter, Head Brewer at Angel City Brewery. “We are all very excited to come together to showcase what an amazing area this is to visit for a great pint – and more.”

“Keep A Breast” is all about community and grassroots activism. The Breweries United Festival brings together all of our neighbors here in Downtown LA and we are so grateful and excited to spread greater awareness for cancer prevention throughout our very own neighborhood,” said Keep A Breast Founder Shaney jo Darden.

Keep A Breast has grown into the leading global youth-based breast cancer prevention organization, with global affiliates in Japan, Canada, France, UK and Chile. Constantly pushing the boundaries of the pink ribbon status quo, Keep A Breast has always encouraged young people to love their boobies, get to know their bodies and be aware of changes.

  1. This is the perfect time of year to be outside and party in LA. The tacos alone will be smashing, but the combination of all of this glorious food and drink will be a real blast. Craft brew is uniting the entire world.
