Multi-talented Lizzy Small Hits The MINT in LA.. for 1 Performance ONLY!! 8/23!

With over 3 million Soundcloud listeners, vocal sensation, Elizabeth “Lizzy” Small will bring her talent to Los Angeles’ iconic music venue,
The Mint — for a single set on Wednesday, August 23. (Find details at the bottom of this piece!)

One year ago, Small lit the internet on fire with the Soundcloud release of her original single, Always Be There, co-written by Small and David Pramik. Within a few days, the single had millions of listens, thereby sending social media circles into a frenzy! The buzz over this unknown artist continued and internet music fans were quick to listen to Small’s previous song and watch the music video, entitled, Gravity — also co-written by Small and Pramik.

A fierce triple threat, Small began studying voice at an early age and hasn’t stopped. Dance is in her blood and Small has studied with such noted choreographers as the great Debbie Allen, winning dozens of dance competitions and noteworthy accolades from many dance industry professionals. On the acting front, Small was a series regular on the Discovery Kids series Hip Hop Harry and she had a featured role opposite Tim Allen in Santa Clause 3: The EscapeClause. She is also a veteran of more than 70 television commercials, music videos, and variety shows. Most recently, she was seen in a supporting lead opposite George Lopez in the feature film, Spare Parts.

It has been two years since the 21-year old singer took center stage when she performed a highly choreographed “Gravity”  for a benefit at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza and sang another remixed version at Avalon in Hollywood.

“After my last performances, I needed to get into the recording studio and work on some new songs and that is what I did. One of the results is Always Be There. Next up will be the Soundcloud and internet release of my own version of Justin Bieber’s Let Me Love You, being produced by Elliot Lanam who worked on Katy Perry’s Prism album”, explains Small.

When asked about returning to the stage after focusing so much attention in the studio, Small explains,

“For me, creating content is just as important as performing. I felt the necessity to collaborate with talented musical minds in the studio setting and now I feel the time is right to get back out there and show the world what I have been working on for so long. I hope it is well received. I love nothing more than entertaining and inspiring others through my music.”
